We all face the challenge of “doing the right thing” in our work regardless of our job title, field of practice or training. This workshop will focus on applying a professional Code of Ethics to the dilemmas professionals face as we serve children 5 and under and their families. We will bring our experience as licensed clinicians who specialize in infant & early childhood mental health to this session as we reflect on the NASW (Social Work) Code of Ethics and the ACA (Counselor)

Code of Ethics and use them to reflect on common challenges in the field of IECMH. We will offer breakouts for you to meet with colleagues to engage in conversation and practice using a Code of Ethics to unpack a dilemma and use it as a guide to determine next steps. This workshop will meet requirements for LCSWs  to complete Ethics-focused professional development.

This webinar will include simultaneous Spanish interpretation.
